- MMMikeJan 22, 20262.0Unfortunately, my experience this time was less than optimal. At 4 o’clock in the afternoon, which is a downtime the store was messy. There were only two lids in the lid tray. The self-serve station was a complete mess. Additionally, the chips and guac that I ordered had a funny smell by the time I got to the car, opened the bag and smelled the chips. It was very obvious the oil they were cooked and was rancid. They were completely un edible. Anyone who has ever smelled a rancid seed or nut or oil is very much aware of what that smells like however, it appears that the two individuals working there are completely oblivious to the smell and decided to serve me these freshly cooked chips. The last time that I was at the store, the service was also less than optimal and the staff just a little bit rude and seemed to put out to be doing their job. I hadn’t been back in quite a while, but it appears the store has gone down significantly since then.
