While the delivery driver was awesome, even post mistake...it's obvious our food sat for longer than should have been acceptable, on top of that not to order. Manager was wrong on the phone and honestly, we should have had a refire versus our food sitting getting cold. No blame on the delivery driver...great person. Ownership is on management and the handling of the order.
