  I placed an order for online pick up through the drive-through, and ordered a chicken Caesar salad. I got to my work across the street, there was no dressing for the chicken Caesar salad. I called, I’m not sure What the gentleman’s name was That I spoke with . I explained the situation, there was no dressing included with my chicken Caesar salad salad, I did not have time to come back to Panera. He offered to bring it to my work across the street, and even included a couple cookies for the trouble. I am Very happy that they went above and beyond, to correct a mistake, I will definitely order from them again.

  First, I am a huge Panera lover. THIS Panera however, often has issues. The bathroom and tables are always dirty, the staff is often neglectful and takes wrong orders and is seen acting rude to eachother infront of customers. It just makes the experience unpleasant. During off peak times, please take the time to clean up and pay better attention to your customers or even repeat the order to ensure you heard right. And any issues amongst eachother really needs to be behind closed doors.

  A handful of times I had missing items from take out order. Should knew to check order each time but sometimes in a hurry so I don't. Those times I don't check...missing items. Customer Support via app is excellent just wished the store double checked each order.

  It pains me to do this, because I grew up on St. Louis Bread Co., but corporate greed has ruined Panera. This review is NOT a reflection of the staff as they are always polite and courteous. The problem with Panera is that they sold out and now are taking short cut after short cut to grow their profits. I have heard that they no longer bake the bread and transport, it is now frozen. You can really tell in the quality of the bakery products. I have gotten countless bagels with huge holes in them. The sourdough is low quality white flour with little taste. I have not liked their soup and sandwiches for some years now. The French onion soup is no where near the same. I also believe the manager at this particular location does not inventory well as they are always sold out of items before the end of the day. But, hey, I don’t want to blame them as that could be an issue coming from top down for all I know. Sad that STL lost this gem. I wish I could find a local place that makes good bread.
