The girls at the front were in front of the counter, talking to guys. Asked if we had a pick up order, when we said no she mumbled something and walked behind the counter. Continued talking to the guys. I am also pretty sure Jimmy John’s doesn’t want loud explicit rap music playing over the speakers of their location. They were skipping songs so I assume they had their own music connected. The food was okay but the service is horrible. We also went through the drive through a couple of weeks ago and they asked us to pull into the parking lot and wait and there were no cars behind us and no one inside, so not sure why there was a wait.

My wife got us 2 sandwiches and 2 sodas for nearly $30!!! When she got home I discovered they gave her the wrong sandwich that was mine causing me to have to take time out of my evening and spend gas to go back up there and get my sandwich replaced. They replaced it and I let them know I should be financially compensated for my time and gas to make me hole. The person “in charge” said well you can have some chips to witch I laughed and said I that dose not put money back in my pocket. Oh I should mention that yes I did use profanity absolutely to which the employees acted as if they had bee heard such a thing lol. He finally said he could give me a gift card,(after insulting me with some chips), then he says the only way he can give me a card is if I give home my phone number! I recoiled at this. No I’m not giving a corporation my phone number that just defrauded me. By the way my wife told me when she came up there there was an individual on the sandwich line with her pants down and you could see her A.S.S. So I’m taking this to corporate.

Save your time and money and go literally anywhere else. On numerous occasions I have dealt with cancelled orders, orders not delivered and terrible customer service. If I could give it negative stars I would.

This place is the slowest Jimmy John’s of all time. Waiting over 10 minutes at the counter for 2 regular (cold) subs is absurd. Do better! Worth adding that one of the subs was for my kid…just plain turkey and cheese.

They pride themselves on being fast. I didn’t know 15 minutes in line was fast…do yourself a favor and go anywhere else
