  Never again! Literally never got some of the food, most of it was burnt and they basically stole from us by taking our money but never giving us the product. Been a week and they still haven't resolved the issue. No refund, no redo, just " we'll pass it on"

  I used to order dominoes at least one time a week have a point with there. Cause it was super easy and usually pretty fast. But over the last month. Every time I have ordered or my mother has ordered we have the same delivery driver Randall and without fail every time it takes almost 2 hours to get here and the food is cold. Or we have to reorder it more than once or just refund our order and figure out something else. Which is absolutely ridiculous. I understand short staffed I understand being busy but when I get a text saying my food is on the way and I have to wait for almost two hours every time for my food when I live literally a mile and a half away that is ridiculous. The food always shows up cold or missing or never shows up. I don’t know what’s going on if it’s your system or the driver but I have never ever had this regular or an awful experience at any pizza place or any place like this ever

  I was debating whether I should leave a review for this but I think, for safety's sake, it must be said. My husband went to his weekly game night yesterday and my mother and I decided to order pizza. We are both disabled and keep the door locked for safety. Except this time my husband forgot to lock the door. Normally, this wouldn't be a huge issue except the guy delivering decided to just let himself into my house???? Yes I had put unit A in on the website but that's only because the delivery option wouldn't go through without a unit for some reason. My mother can't walk well and I wasn't about to leave her alone to grab it myself just in case. And even if neither of us was disabled and we had ordered delivery, why would he have let himself into my house? The instructions CLEARLY said for him to knock on the left door and leave the food. My entry way has a glass door to the front hallway and a wooden door just to the left. There wasn't any way to miss it. The food was awesome as usual but I will be limiting my purchases to when someone can drive for pick up. I don't trust a place where the delivery driver just walks into my house. 0 stars

  I don't know what's wrong with belleville food service but they are all terrible. This dominos is no exception, pizzas are always wrong and cold because you order and it takes 2hrs to get your food because they can't keep employees. This is a direct reflection of management because no one is trained or supported at this store.
