  Had my office manager order food for some of our employees. Terrible idea, honestly, with the money spent gone, the food never arriving, the food that did arrives was BLACK, and waiting 45 min, it was an all around Terrible experience. Never again

  Visiting from Paris, my employer picked up dominoes as a surprise, and honestly, I wish he hadn't. The food was burnt, the portions were not all there, turns out Dominoes did give the host all the items and never got drinks. Honestly, even not being from America I wouldn't take the chance with them again. It was just super unprofessional and mediocre service at most. Wasted lost of money but also wasted time thinking dominoes would be a worth while experience in the states. I was wrong.

  I really wish I could post the pictures of the burnt pizza we waited 47 minutes for. Not only that, half the order was NOT there. Out of 4 items ordered, they only gave me 2. When I said something, they didn't call me back FOR 4 DAYS. Ask for a bunch of information, and never called me back. Charged me close to $30 for 2 burnt, pizza and a box of bItes that were off count. It is such a crime we cant post picture on here because I want people to see the extent of the laziness, no consideration, over price, TERRIBLE experience this placed gave me. Unfortunately for them, I was ordering for my employees, absolutely 100% of them refuse to go back to Dominoes. Disgusted by the food. Worse, we had foreign friends visiting, this was their taste of America. They had no issue vocalizing the terrible eating experience we had with dominoes and how they would never dine there. If you have any big group, especially if you want to make a good impression, DO NOT GO TO DOMINO'S. Choosing DOMINO'S was a regrettable and Embarrassing experience. Never again, from me and the 46 others that attended. This was just sad.

  Order was 1/2 hour late/they missed my order up with one wrong pizza/they promised me $20. On my account to make up for it n it didn't happen so I'm done with Domino's!!!

  This Domino's seems to have ongoing issues with customer service and pizza quality. Picking up your order at the window is a nightmare with employees either ignoring you or waiting over 5-10 minutes for them to man the window. Then, they give attitude if you inquire about the wait time. They have no buzzer at the window and there's nothing in the app to say you've arrived like Papa Johns. I have ordered several pizzas with areas where no cheese is covering the dough and the other areas have very little cheese. It seems as if they're attempting to save money by skimping on ingredients. This impacts the quality greatly. Ive discussed this with their management team but no changes. Quality matters Domino's.
