Past times the store said they would credit me back and it never came through. I have contacted corporate and they have sent me coupon codes that didn’t work! This time the driver tells me they didn’t give him a shake with the order. I call the store and they tell me that it is a Uber issue even though I used the Portillo sponsored App. When you subcontract with another company to do your business you are still responsible. We have been Portillo customers since Dick Portillo had his little trailer hot dog stand, this is NOT how he did business!!!!
