  Whatever you do, dont go inside to get your food/order. Took 10 mins to get 3 donuts

  every time I come here I order a breakfast sandwich with white cheddar and every single time they give me American instead. its happened over 10 times. do not expect much from this dunkin, they will always get your order wrong, and then give you attitude when you ask them to fix it

  Before you order, ask who is working. If it’s the latin guy, go ahead. You won’t be disappointed. He makes sure it’s fresh. As for the food, he is the only one that gets my order right, never rude or in a bad mood like the other staff that works there in the mornings or other days. I agree with a previous review from a different customer, he is the reason I go back and as long as he is there, this will be the Dunkin I will go to. In case anyone else wants to know, he also works at the Dunkin on Randall, near Jewel, in Batavia. You won’t be disappointed.

  Food and coffee tastes different than other locations. Was disappointing. Service was slow and the place was dirty.

  I stopped coming to this Dunkin in June of last year because the staff was always rude and constantly getting my order wrong. Donuts, bagels, muffins, everything was always stale, like it was made a week before. But one day in October, I stopped by and the new guy, hispanic was so welcoming, coffee was freshly brewed. It was delicious! Now this is my go to, ONLY if he is there because he is so nice and always has fresh, donuts, muffins, etc. if I see anyone else, I do not stop, everyone else is rude! Dunkin! Get more people like the hispanic man you have working the evening! Then I will rate it 5 stars!
