- NSNicholas Sarsany3 days ago1.0They need to stagger breaks. I come in at 11:10, leave at 11:40 because 4 staffers were on break during a lunch rush and 1 employee was left to work the entire line. Line didnt move at all and kept piling up. This has happened more than once recently, probably a new thing theyre trying. Not a good customer experience.

Broke my tooth on a bone that was in the chicken in a burrito bowl. I have found bones in the chicken all 3 times I’ve eaten at this chipotle recently. It’s dangerous and their quality control is zero.

Once I went in, same employee tried to tell me that that’s not the right way to do it. Arguing with a customer was completely unprofessional. A nice lady came and talked to me, which was nice and professional, maybe he needs to take down notes or not work there if he doesn’t like his job. Then before I left he kept on saying that he used to do DoorDash and that it says to pick it up lol. I was picking up an order for myself 😂😂. Portions were extremely small just like it says on the rest of the reviews, won’t be coming here ever again. Stay away people go to another spot!
