- MMMechtechFeb 20, 20265.0I guess I can't speak for everyone, but this is the first time I come to this location and it was very pleasant. I had an issue with a Doordash order where they were out of stock of an item, and that's fine, I messaged my Dasher to ask if there were any substitutions. My Dasher kept messaging me back with very dry bothered responses, they had ended up giving my order to a different Dasher and just taking my order for themselves. The second Dasher recommended me just calling the restaurant, which I ended up doing and just saying I'll go pick it up myself. Very, very, nice staff on the phone and in person. She was very understanding and accommodating. Not sure why this place has the rating it has, but at least from my experience it's a 5 star.

We've lived in Batavia for over two years and not once have I been able to get what I want. It's always a different excuse of why they can't make it.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
