  Absolutely horrible service. This is the second time I have visited this same McDonald's. I opted to use the service counter instead of the kiosk to order my lunch as I had specific instructions. They absolutely ignored me So eventually I went to the kiosk and ordered. I waited over 10 minutes at the counter for my meal and got nothing in response and walked out and went across the street to Wendy's restaurant. I hope enough people read this review and quit going to this restaurant. There were only two cars in the parking lot and two patrons inside the store at 2:00 in the afternoon. Absolutely no excuse for this kind of service. Edit: You will see someone respond on many of the reviews with a link to customer care. Don't waste your time as it is total B/S. It also states that most stores are owned by private franchise owners and they are not responsible. I found the email Addy to the owner of this store and no response after 3 days since I wrote this review. They need to fire these employees and close this store. Total black eye to McDonalds Corp.

  I pull up in the drive thru, they say to “give them a moment”. I waited 5 minutes, then said “hello” thinking they forgot about me. She said to “give them a moment” I asked how long a moment was because I’m trying to go to work, she said “as long as it takes me”. So I drove off and went to the Wendy’s across the street, which had way better service.

  They closed early then it said online
