Me and my family came in here today Saturday January 19,2019 around 230 , first I was telling the guy my order and I told him I wanted it toasted , then he handed it off to the other lady here to put toppings on it and I had to tell the lady I wanted it toasted again , then the rest of us got our food , well then my mother in law opened her sub and it was the wrong kind of sub and we took it up there had to go open the door to get their attention because they were to busy in the back talking, we were being polite about and the gentle men was being "cold shouldered" if that makes since he wouldn't say anything to us we even said thank you and he completely ignored us , and went right back into the back , and then my sub was disgusting I didn't even eat my sub , I found it inapropiate that the employess were discussing who was working what shift and what day , with a customer up at the front and they made him wait , because they were trying to figure out the scheduling of tonight's hours and I'm sorry I've worked with restaurants and that is something that you do not do , this is a very first time to this subway and we will not be coming back , to whom ever the manager is of this location I hope something is done about this they should have been more professional and polite .
