I pulled up to the window during my lunch time and tried to order from the luxe menuā¦ an item they apparently donāt carry, but after ordering it I could hear a lady in the background of the speaker telling the person taking the order in Spanish which I AM FLUENT IN āshe better not order that because we donāt even have itā very rudely! I said thank you and drove off to a different Taco Bell. This isnāt the first time I receive poor customer service at this location but itās the closes TB to my job. Never again wasting my time though. That seƱora grosera needs to learn better manners and service if sheās going to be working a fast food place. Their parking lot is also full of potholes and the drive thru menu is out of alot of things. This place is a disaster. No gracias!
