  I’ve had a frustrating experience at this Subway location multiple times. The posted closing time says 10:00 PM, but on at least three different occasions, I’ve walked in between 9:30–9:40 PM and been told they were already closed. Each time, the employee immediately said they were closed, even though it was still before the posted closing time. When I asked about the timing, I was told they actually close at 9:30 PM and that they’ve already requested the main office to update the hours—but it still hasn’t been changed. This creates confusion for customers who rely on the listed hours. If the store consistently closes at 9:30 PM, the hours should be updated to reflect that. It’s frustrating to make the trip expecting service until 10:00 PM and be turned away repeatedly. I hope management fixes this soon

  No matter how much you give them 2nd or 3rd try their customer service is so bad unbelievable. They are extremely rude and has no decency to talk to customers.

  Very bad service, when we go for pickup, even if show them the order, the employee wants to see unnecessary information and delay the whole pick up process and the attitude is not welcoming or respectful and customer service is zero

  The order was ready to pickup and i tried saying hello and knocking on the table but he didn’t even bother to reply to me and he was on the phone talking…i had to stand there for few minutes even though my order was ready… The guy had so much attitude and even after he was on the phone in front of customers.. no greeting or nothing Date- 01/18/2026 Time- 5:55pm
