I waited a good 7 minutes to get my food and it must have been for the fries since one of them was completely uncooked. Nuggets were dry and clearly reheated. Thanks for reminding me I should have just eatten at home 👎

I won't be back to this location terrible service!!

- THTammy HOct 7, 20251.0This was the first and last time I'll ever use the Wendy's mobile app... apparently they make the food when the order is placed as opposed to waiting for you to arrive! Everyone knows cold fast food is inedible- and not completely sure it's edible fresh but it tastes like it. I placed the order at 5:35pm. I arrived at 6:15. The girl needed to see my phone saying she didn't have my order in the system. She left and returned 30sec later with my order. Relief. But no, not relief. It was obvious just as soon as I got back on the road and snagged me a fry...ice cold and the frosty just the opposite, completely melted. Rush hour traffic and there was no way I was turning around. So fed up with restaurants and the lack of standards. She clearly knew when she handed it to me that it was old. I'd like to see them eat that garbage. I'm old enough to remember when you placed an order at Wendy's, they fried the burger right then, not some old warmed up patty.
