I submitted a custom ice cream cake order on Sunday at noon and scheduled pick-up for Wednesday at noon. I show up at 12:30pm to pick up my order on Wednesday and the manager said “there was something wrong with my order” aka it wasn’t ready. The manager is absolutely useless and didn’t offer me anything to make it right other than to waste my time by making it while I waited. I will never order anything from this location again. I will take my ice cream cake orders to Dairy Queen instead! :)
