  They just be giving me brown water at this point, not even coffee don’t remember the last time I got a good coffee from here

  I recently bought a cake here. I asked if someone could write on it, but they wouldn't. I then asked if I could get hot fudge to write on it myself, which was also denied. The cake and ice cream inside didn't match what was advertised. It was supposed to be chocolate chip ice cream cake with chocolate cake, but I got chocolate ice cream with chocolate cake. I will never shop here again. This is the worst customer service, as I'm a former Dunkin' employee and we always tried and worked out to help customers.

  I ordered a small cup of decaff cappuccino at the drive-thru, they gave me a large cup and also asked for two milks, they poured 4.. it seemed like this woman didn't understand what I was telling her at all.

  I ordered my coffee few minutes back !and the order was caramel hazelnut cream hot small one ! The minute i had my first sip , I realized they hadn’t added caramel and it tasted worst! I mean like how ! The employee didn’t heard properly my order or juts didn’t added caramel! Idk but my coffee experience here was worst ! Never coming here again !

  Coffee was weak, sausage croissant was lukewarm, borderline cool actually, and table was dirty. Eating out anywhere these days is too expensive to just throw your money away. Do NOT recommend.
