  How does this place stay open. I tell you, it's such garbage. The people who own it and work there are so rude, slow and incompetent. How can you go one day and order. Cotton candy shake, and the next day "it's not possible". It's not possible to add milk and put it in a blender? Up charge me. I don't care I want what I want. How do you order a heath blizzard, take one bite of it, go in realizing it's cookie dough, then be questioned if I'm sure I ordered heath, then say they are going to have to charge me again. I've lived in Bartlett 42 years, even worked there as a kid. My money will NEVER be spent there again. And we used to ride our bikes and go at least 3 times a week. Place has gone to trash. And those are only my 2 most recent visits but it's gotten so absurd I just don't want to waste any more energy having to rethink all the nasty times. Good riddance.

  around 9:30pm today there was a black girl in the drive thru overly rude closed the window on us and called us a “dumbass”while taking our order and we got our order wrong I really hope I can speak to management because this girl shouldn’t be working here

  this store always has a variety of cakes in stock. they also write a message for free on the spot. my go to place anytime i crave ice cream

  I recently visited DQ in Bartlett, and loved it. The mint Oreo blizzard was very delicious, creamy, and irresistible. The staff was friendly and quick in spite of lot of people in the store , later I found out that it was free cone day. A delightful experience!

The staff is always friendly, attentive, and efficient, making every visit a pleasant experience. Orders are prepared quickly and accurately, and the products are always fresh and delicious. It’s clear that the team takes pride in what they do, and that really shows. Whether it’s a quick stop or a family treat, this location never disappoints. Highly recommend for both great service and great food!
