  We used to love the barrington location but tonite was a total disaster. There were 7 or 8 employees present however the bins holding food were dried up empty and looked disgusting. There was no carnitas or chicken. Even though rice was dried out the employee scraped what little left into our bowl! I refused it and then they went and got some from the drive thru area. There was no chicken until someone finally called the back to bring up someone to cut up chicken. The grills were crusty and looked terrible. I tried to finish our order and I asked to speak with manager she briefly came over and told me to finish my order first then she would be back. She never came back. I want this place to succeed! I usually love the food. I don't know who the owner is but if you care at all...get over there unannounced and get a real Pic of what's going on. Lots of people there not working as a team! We will be driving to Deer Park location from now on.

  Brother on front counter was very helpful. As soon as I asked for fresh rice because I don't like the last bit that sits in the pan. He checked and then offered to grab some from the back. Some Frankenstein heshe organism had a strong opinion about it to him I guess. I guess also to be funny fresh rice was put up by another employee after I just paid for my burrito. What's that about? Is the customer right or not? Tell that thing in the back to mind it's business. No one asked for its 2 cents about anything. I understand it's a blue state but that still doesn't change or make good evil or evil good. Doesn't matter 7.9 billion people disagreed. The word of God still stands firm . His laws still remain true in this life and "thereafter". Where some of us may return back to the future and the rest unto death .

  Our local Chipotle. Generally, the quality of the food is consistent - every so often there’s a funky ingredient that’s not in par with its usually showing. My biggest gripe is the massively skimpy portions when ordering from the app. This is convenient and we enjoy it, but I don’t think we’ll be bothering with Chipotle at all if that continues.

  Guacamole was cold , chips were good but wish they were warm like in other locations. Barbacoa portion was half fatty. Portions were good overall. For 20 bucks I think we can do better.
