  I walked in to dine in, I didn't get a welcome in, or thank you for coming, not a word. My sandwich was missing the sausage patty, the food prep person with no eye contact just looked at my receipt graded a petty by hand with the same glove that opens the ovens and that holds the cleaning rag, not an I'm sorry or word.

  I ordered a bagel sliced and toasted with butter. I got the smallest amount of butter and it wasn't toasted. Panera in general has gone way down in quality of service.

  I ordered the you pick two of the Mediterranean sandwich was amazing. My potato soup was very watery and my strawberry basil fresco was missing the basil. I also ordered a Dubai style chocolate pistachio cookie. And was given a regular chocolate chip cookie. When I called the store to try to inform someone there was no answer.

  Positive: no complaints about the food. Typical Panera and in line with what you’d expect. Negative: You can add at least 10 minutes to the quoted pickup time on the app. I don’t think the food here has ever been ready when we were told it would be. Interior is dated and semi-clean.

  I frequently go to this Panera due to the proximity of my job. When I go in to the store, they are amazing. Attentive and very efficient making it an easy stop to get for lunch. However, almost every single time I have ordered to be delivered to my job something is missing or made incorrectly. This is incredibly frustrating due to the fact that I can't just go back and get it. Delivery is already expensive after fees and taxes, please get it right the first time!
