  Came here to get some food with my family and guy at the drive through window was very rude made me loose my appetite

  I redeemed a reward through the McDonald’s App for a Spicy McChicken and selected table service. After placing the order, I waited at my table for almost 30 minutes, but my food never arrived. There were no staff members at the front counter, so I couldn’t even ask about my order or report the issue. If table service depends on order size, that should be clearly communicated in the app beforehand. I don’t mind walking to the counter to pick up my order, but offering table service and then completely ignoring it is frustrating and unprofessional. I usually visit this McDonald’s location twice a week after my tuition classes, but after this experience I won’t be returning. Unfortunately, my friends who normally come here with me will likely stop visiting as well. Very disappointing service.

  Normally I don’t have an issue, but today I was trying to get breakfast before work was sitting for 10 minutes no one took my order , pulled up to the first window nothing. I even beeped AND NOTHING. I couldn’t get my breakfast and made it late to work

  Fui con mis hijas por el drive thru y como una de mis hijas no supo pedir en inglés lo que iba a comer, la manager se burló de ella cuando fue a entregar la orden y todavía mi hija le dice gracias y ella se volteó y no se despidió ni nada! De muy mal gusto de verdad!

  This McDonald’s quality and service have gone own terribly. My last 3 visit food was cold after waiting for 10 plus min. When you call they are willing tor make the food but how many time I have to come in for a order with 4 items in it to be correct. I honestly wouldn’t mind the wait if my food was at lease hot but it always cold and I always have to get out my car to tell them to remake it this place is horrible when it come to quality and service
