  Staff should have followed proper food safety and hygiene protocols. After handling a dirty cleaning rag and touching her face, the employee should have washed her hands before preparing food. The ice cream cone was touched in an area meant for consumption, which is not acceptable. The employee handing off the order also should have avoided direct contact fingers touching off paper wrapper. Additionally, the ice cream sundae I also ordered was underfilled and did not reflect the price paid. Orders should be prepared with proper portion sizes to meet customer expectations. Improved attention to cleanliness, food handling, and consistency in portions would significantly improve the experience.

  Literally the worst mcdonald’s I’ve ever been to. I got a mcdouble a while ago and the patty had to be hours old and completely burnt, I called and left a complaint and the manager started yelling at me through the phone that I had to come in as proof so I did, then they told me it was because I drove home and back that’s why the patty was old looking. I ordered a 6 piece and the last two times they gave me four and forgot the sauce. The last time I got a quarter pounder they didn’t put any sauce on it like what a joke 😭 My fault for not learning my lesson and returning I guess
