Happened multiple times. Ordered for pick up, which they accepted, confirmed was ready then when pulled up to speaker had no answer. Then pulled up to window and kept being waved off. Was 10 til they were closed then when it was the actual close time they came to window to tell me they were closed. Asked where my confirmed ready order was and they were standing around eating and laughing. Told me they were closed again and weren't making anything. Why accept an order for pick up and confirm it ready to be picked up to not give it to the people? Honestly worst customer service and I hope corporate sees this and does something about management there. They're making their own closing times besides for what's posted and to be accepting orders and confirm ready and not give it to customer. Wasted my time and money.
