The sizzlers were great — flavorful and well-prepared, no complaints there. But the fries were extremely soggy and wet, as if they sat too long before being packed. Definitely not worth the price I paid, and it really took away from the meal experience. I was looking forward to enjoying everything together, but unfortunately the fries were a big letdown. I hope the restaurant can improve the quality and packaging so items arrive fresh and crispy — especially when customers spend good money and expect consistency.
