  MIKE. BE AWARE OF DEALING WITH A MANAGER NAMED MIKE! I was almost ready to catch a case after my interaction with a manager named Mike. Now I know why I see all these videos of people going crazy in restaurants. You just never see the… WHY? Well, now I know the why. It’s people like Mike. Dont be like Mike! I stopped by to pick up my order 10-15 minutes after the stated ready time due to getting stuck at work late. Waited by the pick-up window (drive-thru window) and waited for over 12 minutes while I noticed an employee walk back and forth at least 10+ times and had never acknowledged me. After waiting so long, I honked my horn to try and get their attention. Eventually someone violently slams the window open and only says “Either you wait, or I cancel your order” then slammed the window shut and walked away. Several minutes after that I was given my order and then tried to explain how that was not an acceptable way to treat a customer he says “whatever” slams the window shut and walks away yet again. I pulled around the front to go in and ask for the manager. This person stated that they were the manager. His name was Mike. This person is extremely disrespectful and should not be interacting with customers whatsoever.

  We won't make this mistake again. It took quite some time even to get someone's attention and then he didn't even bother to make the pizza we actually ordered. I haven't been to Pizza Hut in years and between the shabby treatment and poor ingredient quality, we were grossly overcharged.

  The restaurant setting here is totally misleading. I stopped here thinking it would be somewhat of a restaurant atmosphere here and inside. Nope! This location should be shrunk in size -downsized- as it is basically a take-out location only. Maybe it would help to remove most of the seating in the place especially the booth seating. For a place this large, maybe it could benefit having a lot more employees as only 2 seemed to be working there. Just wasted open space. This is NOT a restaurant (like Denny's or Golden Corral or IHOP)! When the pizza was ready, it was inside large box and was not even served or brought to me. I had to walk from where I was sitting to the cashier station to claim it, then walk back to my seat to dine. The place did not have fountain drinks, it could not even serve proper water for me to take my medication. They said the water would come from the faucet perhaps in their bathroom (sink)? Who knows if they would have served l'eau de la toilette. They could not even be courteous enough to offer me water like Aquafina or even a Diet soft drink. I feel I even paid too much for the large pizza. I feel they overcharged me by $10 as I later saw a coupon for what I ordered (3 toppings) for $10 less. I later inquired if I could benefit from the discount but the person there gave the impression of being quite unfriendly about things. It is as if the employee was just going through the motions of the day. His attitude was like well I should have noticed the coupon before ordering the pizza to be applied to the price. Not even a friendly courtesy to maybe offer a soft drink or something to amend for missing out on the coupon. This place gives off a very unfriendly, unwelcoming environment. It took a long time for someone to come from the back to the cashier's station to address any questions for me and later for another customer who was waiting a long time to get service. The place seems desolate like a haunted house that initially i thought it was not even open. And it probably should be shut down as Pizza Hut is probably paying a lot for that real estate and it is not even being utilized to its full capacity and potential being a restaurant with lots of seating and the temperature controls to cool or heat and supply electricity to this huge space when it is essentially a carry-out place. They can do this in a smaller space. Maybe this is the reason why the other 2 restaurant-style Pizza Huts were closed down in Aurora and downsized to carry-out locations only and moving their operations to smaller spaces. This one hopefully will soon follow suit. Needless to say, I was sorely disappointed in my choice to dine here as I expected a restaurant atmosphere and it was clearly not that except they offered a small paper plate for the large box pizza I had ordered. No utensils, no fountain drink or water, and even one of the hand wipes when opened was all dried up. This is not a recommended place to dine or eat. You're better off driving a few yards west to the Golden Corral for a true dining experience or across the street to Denny's and spend less and get more food. Go to a REAL restaurant not this fake one.
