  I’m usually very impressed with this establishment! The food is always hot and fresh and the service fast! Today, however, you forgot my Big Mac, and I don’t feel like driving back :(

  This location is awful I apple payed my order and did not ask for my receipt because I don't like wasting paper. The guy at the window proceeded to ask me what my order was not even knowing what was in my bag and hands it to me. I went inside to ask them to remake my order and I used a code through the app for 2 medium fries and a 20 piece nugget and two five dollar meal deals I do not understand how hard it is for them to ensure everything is in my bag. The manager gave me my food forgot to put the two small fries from the five dollar meal deals and proceeded to put a large fry and a medium fry which was not what I asked for. I left the store thinking the fries were in the bag after returning inside because they got my drive thru order wrong surprise surprise the fries weren't in my bag not only that but I am a diabetic and they forgot to check which of the small cokes from the five dollar meals was diet the manager offered to give me a large diet coke instead and did not want to replace the fries mind you this manager when I called said that it was my fault that I didn't tell him exactly what was missing and that he already gave me more than enough fries when all I got was food I didn't ask for I just wanted my order the service upset me because I used to work in fast food I understand and have patience but it becomes an issue when they cant even get the food right the 3rd time you send it back this is just embarrassing. And as a diabetic this is really disheartening I used to go to this location as a kid and I will not be returning.

  probably one of the worst mcdonald’s ever. you think ordering ahead you’ll get your food faster but the drive thru that was wrapped around the restaurant was ACTUALLY empty before i even received the food! had to walk in to get my food and it was INCORRECT.
