- EGEstefany GarciaFeb 6, 20261.0I made a curbside order and the app failed. It said to go through drive thru or pick up the order at the front desk. I went through drive thru and they couldn’t figure out how to give me my order that was sitting at the front. An employee asked to see my receipt and I showed it to her and she took my phone to the back to show other employees just for them to say I didn’t pay. I was told to cancel my order and reorder. App wouldn’t let me cancel the order and my money was already pending out of my account. I had to come around the drive thru a second time and finally got some food. It took almost 30 minutes to get my food when I had ordered it 10 minutes prior to arriving at the location because I was in a rush. On top of everything my order was wrong!
