I got a mcdouble a while ago and the patty had to be hours old and completely burnt, I called and left a complaint and the manager started yelling at me through the phone that I had to come in as proof so I did, then they told me it was because I drove home and back that’s why the patty was old looking. I ordered a 6 piece and the last two times they gave me four and forgot the sauce. The last time I got a quarter pounder they didn’t put any sauce on it like what a joke 😭 My fault for not learning my lesson and returning I guess

This is the only time I have come to this McDonald's instead of the one on Eola and Hafenrichter and it will be the last time. Great service, terrible nickle and diming on the fries.

I’m giving his Raven the one due to bad performance not smiling no good customer service. She threw the food on the counter and she was just so disrespectful corporate you guys need to talk to the ex your lady that works in the morning short lady.
