She cuts you off while you talk and isn’t kind to anyone other than Hispanics in the restaurant. The food is ALWAYS made wrong, cold or nasty the coupon codes don’t work most of the time and when they have to fix it in the drive thru they are absolutely TERRIBLE. I will be escalating my concerns to the highest team member available in hopes they review the call And cameras. Her behavior is UNACCEPTABLE!

Also when i put extra sauce and onions on my bagel, they either do the opposite and put none on it or less then original amount given. By the time i get home and check, its too late. Its always something.
