The speakers in the drive through were too quiet to hear properly, let alone for someone such as myself who is hard-of-hearing. But the girl through the speaker also could clearly not understand my accent which led to a quick back -and-forth of asking to repeat what was said on both sides. I gave up on that and proceeded to the first window where we were then told we couldnt order there and would have to go back around to the speakers... The speakers that were already not an option. The Guy at the window would hear nothing about the speakers being too quiet and my accent too heavy... and we even had already ordred on the app, the window guy wouldnt even take that. At this point I left. terrible customer service and zero accomodation for someone with a disability

I kept the drink yes but I wanted the full refund cause they wasted my lunch and I didn't get to eat, didn't get the full service.
