Completely incoherent or something, it's like they can't take simple orders. I mean a mistake is a mistake but seriously EVERY TIME. Go back to kindergarten and learn the word ketchup and tomato. And whoever is running the joint ain't much better because they have several bad reviews and they are obviously doing nothing about it. Shame on you guys, terrible service!!!!

Final straw for me won't be back, the rudeness is consistent especially from the girl with acne scars on her face. No one wears name tags here for a reason.
