    I have been going to this location at least once a week for lunch the staff is great but more recently their bread has been increasingly worse and worse. Today my bread looked and tasted half baked. Very disappointed

    why does a place that says they deliver use an uber or door dash? i live 3 minutes away, yet my online order is taking 1 hour. why? because, for some reason, a taxi service is delivering my food. i am under the weather and unable to go out to get my order, thus the delivery (for which i paid a fee and tip). start questioning any restaurant that says they themselves deliver, because they probably outsource that, and pass the cost onto us consumers. jimmy john's - do better.

    I placed a delivery order at this location on December 14 at 3:38 PM. My order was immediately canceled, presumably because the store was preparing to close, as they close at 4:00 PM on Sundays. I did not receive any notification or phone call informing me that my order had been canceled. I contacted customer service, but they were unable to provide assistance. I also spoke directly with the store owner, who indicated that he would look into transferring my delivery to a different store location. However, I have not received any follow-up communication. For anyone considering placing a delivery order at this Jimmy John’s location on Sundays I recommend ordering before 3:00 PM, as orders placed later may be canceled without notification. And all management will do is brush it under the rug as if it’s a U issue

    I love this Jimmy John's. I order online then pick it up in the restaurant and eat there. I'm about 2mins from the location and my order is always ready for me when I get there. Also the restaurant is super clean! Nice place.
