Also asked for suggestions on some roast beef that was like rubber, too processed, 8 slices was over $9 and I was not happy about that either. It was hard NOT to notice many employees just standing around by the registers having private conversations that I didn't need to here. Seems like there's not great management when I see that, imo. Also, maybe not a lot of training in the deli area. I chose this location cuz it's the closest to my home route and a smaller store, however after my experience I'll be choosing the Sugar Grove location in future.

I wasnt greeted by him in a welcoming manor he was very rude. Now I don't usually shop at Jewel so I wouldn't be aware that they offer trash stickers at every counter. However he did let me know that they do in a very rude manor as if I should have known. which is uncalled for I greeted him with good morning before this encounter and I was being pleasant with my request. I Won't be coming back if we continue to show this type of customer service.

BUT when I stepped up, he just looked at me and didn't say a word or ask how he could help me. I know what that was all about though. Keep up the good work.
