His behavior creates an uncomfortable atmosphere, and it’s hard to feel welcome in this place. Good service should be friendly and respectful — unfortunately, this location is the exact opposite. The croissant I ordered to go turned out to be old, clearly from the previous day. When I asked for a replacement, they gave me a bagel that was supposed to be toasted, but it wasn’t — it was simply warmed up, very unpleasant, and extremely tough, which suggests it was also from the day before. I do not recommend this place.
