I visited three stores in the last three weeks one in suburban Aurora, IL and the two in Fishers, IN. In each case, I came home with donuts that tasted stale. I've cracked up over 1800 points but sadly don't think I'll ever visit again. Kroger has fresher donuts in their bakery. Disappointing.
- JCJimmy CurrireAug 23, 20251.0This place is the absolute worst It is the rock bottom of civilized customer service especially for a food establishment that I have ever seen The lines are insanely long Dunkin' donuts should not have half an hour 45 minute long lines because of incompetence and then when you finally get to the window they don't even know what you order because they're so discombobulated from the chaos they have to ask you and prepare it while you're at the window and then they give you a sloppy mess that's not even edible I will no longer go there I will go out of my way even though this is the closest Dunkin' donuts to my house to patronize other Dunkin' donuts no matter how far they are and I advise you to do the same stay away
