- LHLiz HNov 24, 20251.0Sadly this location has been getting worse and worse. Mobile orders can take 10/15 minutes so be prepared. What’s worse in my opinion is the service. I don’t know if one of the older ladies with freckles and a bun have horrible customer service. I could hear her complain about my “$2 order” because I asked for more almond milk because the coffee barely had any and I ordered that so why would I not ask for it to be done correctly? Regardless if it was 2 or 20 dollars? And the coffee still tasted horrible (not the first time) so not sure if the coffee was an old batch or what. I will definitely save their time and mine by going to a friendlier location. Even the location in Joliet has better service. At least wait for the customer to finish walking out before complaining?
