When I asked for my gift card back, the cashier, Kevin, tried to convince me that I used the balance and refused to give the card back. I knew that wasn't the case because I knew how much was on the card-- plus how often do you perfectly use a gift card balance with no payment needed-- or even without a balance left over? I told him I wanted my receipt. He looked down at the machine and walked over to refill the receipt paper. He handed me the receipt which showed I had a balance of more than $6. I showed him the receipt and he finally handed over my giftcard. I was astonished he tried to deceive me as a customers in order to personally gain. I will not ever be returning.
