They messed up my order — one pizza was made and the other was forgotten, so I ended up waiting about 30 minutes for them to remake it. When I asked about the delay, the manager got hostile, raised his voice, and told me to leave and that he wouldn’t serve me anymore. He even said that because he was the manager, he couldn’t be wrong. Completely unprofessional. The pizza itself was bad too — dry, overcooked, and nothing like what you expect. I came in to eat, not to be argued with after waiting for their mistake. Won’t be coming back. The Papa John’s nearby was a much better experience.

Not only that but when we got it. They left the food at the door. They did not call or ring the bell. The pizza got so cold and it was hard like a rock.
