The guac was already black, the chips were stale, and the brown rice was undercooked. I’ve complained multiple times, but nothing ever seems to change. Unfortunately, this is the closest location to me, so I keep giving it another chance—only to be disappointed again. At this point, I’m honestly surprised it’s still open.

We asked for brown rice and had to wait for more to be made. We went to get our drinks and utensils, and unbelievably, they had no forks. We asked for two at the check-out and were told they had none in the store. Fortunately, we won't make the 20 minute drive here as there is another location 5 minutes from our house. They were busy, so I guess that explains why the dining area, tables and chairs were filthy...rice, lettuce and napkins everywhere.
