  Charged me for an extra drink, plus made them wrong. One was supposed to be a daydream refresher but I was handed a regular berry refresher. When I told her it was supposed to be a daydream refresher she tried telling me that’s not what I asked for. Meanwhile the sticker on the cup literally said ‘daydream refresher’. Guess we had no other option to take the extra drink since they charged us for it 🤷🏽‍♀️

  They get worse and worse everytime, they keep raising prices but keep watering the coffee more and more. The one on Douglas is way better!

  Nikki and honestly everyone that I've had interactions with here are absolutely the best! I come here every morning before work and they provide exceptional service. This is the only Dunking I go to! Highly recommend!

  I hadn't been here in a while due to last time was in...the order was incorrect..I thought I would give a try again but nope once again missed up my order. And at that they repeated my order back to me even when they give me my order. Please lets double check the order. If you as a worker are repeated the order back multiple times double check the order before giving it to the customer. I only stop at this dunkin because it is on my way to work.

  This Dunkin is way better than the one on N eola. The morning crew here are so nice and very rarely do they ever mess up my orders but they’re consistent 99% of the time. The landlord of the building just needs to fix the potholes that lead to the DT.
