  The fries are always cold and soggy. They either need to turn up the oil temp or cook them longer. For the price you want to get food you can actually eat not just throw away

  The staff is extremely rude and apparently lazy. The website says the lobby is open until 9pm. A sign on the door says the lobby closes at 8pm. Walked in at 7:47pm and went up to order and the cashier rudely says we're only taking to go orders. I asked when does the lobby close and she said in 10 minutes. I said I guess we have 10 minutes. She then says rudely again the lobby's closed. Then a bus of high school basketball players and coaches walked in and they refused to let them eat in the lobby all before 8pm. So the bus left to go to Subway. Probably lost $300 + dollars in revenue. When I asked to speak to the manager some guy walks up and was very unfriendly and unkept for a manager. Do better Auburn Dairy Queen!
