However once I was seated, I saw the poster on the table indeed mention about the offer. On enquiring again pointing to the poster, the manager rechecked and said they did have it! I had changed my order because I was told that offer didn't exist. I wish they had the right information so that our family could enjoy the sundaes. Disappointed with this experience:(

Didn’t get my simple vanilla ice cream cone until 7:00pm. I wasn’t the only person waiting either. Also there was trash all over the floor inside the preparation area. Whoever manages this place is clearly cutting corners by reducing staff to nearly unworkable levels. My last time at this oberweis.
