Had a disappointing McDonald's experience today! Ordered a Big Mac combo with extra sauce and lettuce, but the large fries were short more like half and the sauce was poorly placed. The container had most of it
Also, the double fish fillet sandwich had only one fillet, and the extra tartar sauce was a mess. It seemed like they just slapped the extra condiments onto the containers and not the sandwiches instead of properly loading it - was it just shoved into an already prepared sandwich? 🤔 I was even asked to pull forward while they prepared my order, which made me think everything was going smoothly.
I know it's fast food, but this was a hot mess. The entire bag of food looked like it had been dropped - everything was disheveled. Manager Claudia Escabel said they'd fix the order if I drove back, but no credits or refunds were offered. When I asked, they said they don't do credits or partial refunds - you have to drive back to resolve the issue. I was already back home and 25min away. I was just in the area shopping. I know Claudia is only doing what she was trained to do. Nevertheless, With all our technology and digital presence, you'd think a McDonald's franchise could execute a simple request like this better. Empower their employees. I Guess I'll just have to try again if I'm back in the area... maybe I'll get another sloppy order waiting for me 😕 they just killed the fast out of fast food for me and a complete reminder not to order fast food again.

Super incompetent staff. Took my order for an item that isn’t available anymore and then didn’t tell me and let me leave with nothing but fries and a drink.

One of the better McDonalds in the area. It is cheaper than the others, has more consistently fresh food, makes errors less frequently, and is usually faster. It's still a McDonalds of course, but if you decide you want McDonalds, this is one of the ones you want to go to.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent order. In the sandwich I purchased, there was a piece of paper left on the meat patty. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about food safety and quality control.
Finding foreign objects in food is not only unpleasant but also dangerous. I expect much higher standards, especially from a place like McDonald’s. This experience has made me question how carefully food is prepared and handled.
I would like an explanation of how this could happen and what steps you are taking to ensure it doesn’t happen again. I also expect appropriate compensation for this incident.
I hope you take this matter seriously.
