  I ordered today specifically because I needed a lunch solution with fast delivery. Several issues: 1) the tip on the app defaulted to 50% of the order total. 2) the order was made incorrectly. 3) the order was handed off to Uber, who had other deliveries before mine. I picked JJ’s because Uber is terrible at consistent performance with food delivery. And when food is ruined the restaurant nor uber stand behind their poor service with refunds. Today, to the food was late, in poor quality (soggy bread from sitting), and it was just wrong. I did not have time to order again. I should have been informed of who was doing the delivery before ordering, not after JJ’s took my money. After seeing it was Uber there was no option to cancel the order at all. I’m done with JJ’s and not going to give you another chance - you’re really creating poor customer outcomes for food quality and customer experience. All this for pretty expensive cold cut sandwiches. Make sure corporate knows your sales are down because of you, not because of the economy. Plenty of other sub shops to give money to. Bye!

  Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional. The food quality at this Jimmy John’s is horrible — poorly made, sloppy, and not fresh. The store itself is dirty and poorly managed. On top of that, the business posts California Prop 65 warnings (which aren’t even applicable in Illinois) in a misleading way instead of actually maintaining food safety standards. Management is extremely unprofessional and manipulative toward employees. They ignore labor laws, overwork staff, and try to pressure people into unfair working conditions. There is zero accountability and no respect for workers. Downtown Arlington Heights deserves better than this. I will never return and I don’t recommend anyone else does either.

  I asked my sandwich to be made a certain way and it wasn't. Then were very rude when I called and complained. Be kind to your customers...
