Every time I place an order, something goes wrong. I always pay extra for pan pizza, but they give me a different type instead. The pizzas are never baked properly, the dough is undercooked, toppings are unevenly added, and sometimes there’s barely any sauce. Other times, they drown it in cheese. It’s frustrating to pay full price (plus extra) and constantly receive poorly made food. After several chances, it’s clear this location doesn’t take quality control seriously. I won’t be ordering from here again.

Then he was charged an additional to his credit card fee after he left. In fact stop ordering from Pizza Hut entirely. I filed a complaint twice, one of which I chatted with an agent who said they would notify the appropriate team... Zero response after 2 weeks. PizzaHut has lost control of their franchisees and the regional franchisees do not care.
