I went tonight the girl in the drive thru was very rude plus she was having another conversation with another young girl they both kept talking and laughing and making me wait to give me my order plus, when I got home I find out I was missing a sandwich, since they had there own conversation they didn’t pay attention what they gave me, very bad experience and very disappointed in this location 45 E Golf Rd Arlington hts.

We had a large driveway order and I made a mistake, ordering the wrong number. When I got to the pay window, the lady did a great job of getting everything the way we wanted and on our way.

Hello,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent order I received at one of your restaurants.
Unfortunately, the experience did not meet the quality standards I expect from McDonald’s. The French fries were clearly old and not fresh, with poor texture and taste. In addition, the ice cream was not prepared according to the instructions selected when placing the order, which made it disappointing and incorrect.
This situation was frustrating, as I paid for a properly prepared meal and did not receive what was expected. I usually enjoy McDonald’s products, which is why this experience was particularly disappointing.
I would appreciate your review of this issue and a resolution, such as a refund, replacement, or compensation for the inconvenience.

Service has really fallen down here. Any time I place a pickup order in the app and use drive thru for pickup, I am parked. Maybe not 100% of the time, but 80-90% of the time. One time I asked the lady why I'm being parked (what am I waiting on) and she just rolled her eyes and walked away. And tonight when I went to pick up an order the girl in the drive thru was too busy talking to a co-worker and cussing up a storm to get my order right. They should really police the behavior of their staff at this store.

I go to MY McDonald's AND stop at any local McDonald's for the coffee (and cheat with a snack) because it's always consistent and TASTY & AFFORDABLE $$. I don't have to spend $7... Go To McDonald's!!!!
