So we started coming to the buffalo grove one and let me just say I have not had a bad experience yet! Food is fresh, the interactions are always great, but most of all the overall experience is wonderful and a breath of fresh air. Wheeling could use some pointers on how to treat there guests and make food from you all. Thanks for a great breakfast we will only be coming here from now on.

- TTTWCJan 1, 20261.0Umm why does this McDonald’s location on Dundee rd across from BGHS, say they are opened 24/7 when I arrived at 11pm the parking lot dark, no signs illuminated, and went through drive-thru, CLEARLY CLOSED??? They must update their hours. I winded up having to go to another take-out in the area who was true to their operating hours. Uh! Such an inconvenience.

On this visit, we were stuck at the drive-thru trying to place our order, with complete silence at the screen for about five minutes. During that time, a white woman pulled up to the other ordering lane and was immediately greeted with, “How can we help you?” We were then left waiting an additional 10 minutes. The staff was rude, and the treatment felt discriminatory. Very disappointing experience—would not recommend.
