This used to be our grocery store of choice. However, for the past few years it's the last resort. Most of the staff seem to not want to be there and are often rude. The lines are ridiculous. Trader Joes opens additional lines when there's more than 3 people waiting. This Jewel can have lines of 8 or more and still have closed registers. And I question the cleanliness. Too bad. As mentioned, I only make a trip here as a last resort.

I have super disappointed in the customer service here and the ableism at this location. I have crutches due to a hip injury. I placed them in the cart since the cart is acting like an assisted device. The "monitor at the self check out" on 12/08 around 1:20-1:30 said "You don't need those crutches." I looked at her and said," Yes I do I have a hip injury." All she said was i didn't mean it in a bad way. Seriously consider what you say to people because that was uncalled for and quite rude. I go to this jewel all the time since its close to my work. Thats never happening again

Would give 0 stars if i could, this jewel osco got like 1 to 2 good employees rest are bad apples, ive been coming here for mmm about 7 years exact if not longer. This jewel osco tonight was incredibly disrespectful the guy was looking like a lumberjack so i dont expect much cleanliness from this man but to drop food on the scale and the other employees was laughing and being snarky when we asked for another piece one that wasnt dirty and all he did was raise his hand in victory like our words were hilarious. I hope that man in the deli section either gets fired or his socks rocked either would be good in my eyes.
