- DSDomi Jakub S.Nov 16, 20251.0I walked in for a pickup and they did not have my complete order. Waited 5 minutes for someone to finally address me and said they were out. I asked for a refund then and they said i need to talk to a manager. Had to wait in line to talk to manager and didnt get a refund only some lesser value product. My little baby dog and husband were waiting outside in the cold for 15 minutes. Do not recommend. Will not be supporting this dunkin. Terrible location. Will cheat you out of your money and not give you what you ordered.

This last time, I was told serving lattes only because coffee machine was cleaned for the day. I know this is not how DD operates and this business should be ashamed of how it conducts it's operations when open. I usually don't post good or bad but this was the last straw. Sorry DD, but you're losing a valued customer.

It’s the most disgusting thing ever!!! If you’re handling any food you should wear gloves at all times!!!I believe he is Indian if I’m not mistaken older man I would say about in his 50’ maybe older…I end up throwing it all away and did not say anything and left…I would not recommend this place

I’m on vacation and placed the order at the wrong store and I asked her for a different number to contact and she told me to figure it out and refused to help me. So glad that someone like that is running the store great job to whoever hired her.
