  I’ve waited over two hours for my pizza and when I called (after writing for 45 mins on the phone) the lady said there’s nothing she can do about it. And as a result the driver just dropped the pizza in the hallway and bailed

  Let’s preface by saying that our kids have consistently ordered from this location for 2 years now. Tonight, we ordered a simple cheese pizza and cinnamon sticks at 5:31pm, by 7pm we became a little concerned about order and called to check. We were told by employee they got a little busy and were behind but driver was around corner, ok cool. 1/2 hour later nothing, we call again, this time a little more upset but still respectful, asked for status and waited 8 minutes while lady checked, driver showed at 7:32 driver shows. I respectfully asked that my order be reconciled in some way because 2 hours for a cheese pizza and cinnamon sticks seemed a little much to wait 2 hours. She began to tell me it’s really not her problem, and I asked for our ticket to somehow be reconsiled, where she told me that she took my number down and will refund me but make sure I’m blacklisted from ever ordering from them. I’d like to commend the great customer service on her part, rather than accepting any responsibility and rectifying a situation to make it better, she’s decided to lose a weekly customer. Great job by Dominos AH. Btw, food was ice cold and threw it in the trash where it belongs.

  Staff was unfriendly and over stimulated. The place was busy and staff seemed overly stressed. Failed to mentioned or offer any promotions. The phone would ring and no one would answer the phone. Will not be going back to this location.

  STAY CLEAR of this Dominoes. The Manager is completely rude, argumentative and very defensive - but mostly unprofessional & dishonest. During this great 7 topping $9.99 special Ive ordered several pizzas- mostly from the Dominoes on Arlington Hts rd just south of Central. When I order extra cheese they are very generous with gobbs of gooey cheese _ extra sausage there is litetally a bunch of sausage just stacked up making it a fery thick and great pizza. I thrn ordered the same xtra cheese and xtra sausage from 325 e Rand....and the result: very skimpy cheese and ZERO sausage-None. I called to the mgr and he claimed with the 7 ingredient pizza..theyes too much topping and I wont get the usual serving. He said he made it himself & knows for sure he added sausage. The proof is in the pudding. look at the 2 photos: one from S. Arlington hts rd lication and here. No comparison!!! night & day. plys he claimed I was lying and I was clueless. He pratically cussed me out as I came in for the replacement that was also skimpy & a little bit better! look at the comparison photos and NEVER come here. Worst Dominoes ever!!!! And I've been to over 30+ of them. plus a mgr who hates his job & takes it ourt on his paying customers!!

  Call to check on an online order was polite just pretty much told him what I was missing in the order I was told over the phone to calm down and listen you have two choices you with this franchise can fix this that's your first choice or I can call the corporate office located in my home city of Michigan
