I wanted to provide lunch for my staff when our order through another restaurant couldn't be fulfilled. I had little hopes as I tried calling around for 30 minutes to get last minute service and had no luck over the phone. Tired of trying to get through the automated systems from the countless places I reached out to, I decided to drive to this Chipotle and do things the old fashioned way. Jose Avina, the manager, was there for my staff and I, and made magic happen that day. Despite the short notice, he grabbed a sheet to fill out my request and the team got to work. I can't say everyone will have a similar experience under these circumstances, maybe I was just lucky.. however, because of the staff at this location, my staff was extremely happy and full all day long. Everyone was so thankful and appreciative, and I owe it to the staff here for making that happen! So thank you again for feeding my team and allowing us to better serve our patients now full and satisfied!

I ask if they can remove the charge and the cashier is just standing there clueless Then they offered to remake the bowl but I didn't have time to wait for that and hold up the line. Very petty and very micromanaged.
