  If I could give it zero stars, I would. The worker started arguing just because I asked for a little extra almond milk. These types of workers need psychological training to provide good customer service. he started arguing and telling me that I don't have to tell him the rules, and all I was doing was asking him for a little extra almond milk. These businesses have the bad habit of getting angry when you ask for a little ice and a little extra almond milk. How could they even think of that that a customer wants to pay $6 or $7 for a glass full of pure ice? For that reason, they gradually lose customers, and in the future, the results worsen, and the businesses end up closing. The owner and the employees need to understand that it's not just about making money, but also about providing good customer service. In the end, the coffee he gave me wasn't good; it was hot coffee, not 100% iced coffee. It's obvious why they have bad ratings in the reviews.

  I ordered an iced latte and I received iced milk with no espresso whatsoever. It was not what I paid for. I will not be ordering from this location again.
